Repurposing Content for Pinterest
Work Smarter, Not Harder
I bet we have this in common…you’ve probably stared at your endless to-do list and thought, “How on earth am I supposed to write, edit, market, and still show up online?” It’s a lot.
A. Lot.
Here’s what I want to tell you today: You don’t always have to create something new. My method (and big tip for you) is to take what you’ve already made and breathe new life into it. That’s where repurposing comes in, and Pinterest is the perfect place to do it.
Here’s what I mean. You’ve written blog posts, shared snippets of your books, posted on Instagram, and maybe (hopefully) even sent out a newsletter. All of that content can be reimagined into pins that point people back to you and your work.
In my new YouTube video, Repurposing Content for Pinterest, I walk you through how this works.
Here’s the gist:
✨ If you have a blog post, pull a key tip or quote and turn it into a pin.
✨ With an Instagram carousel, break one idea out into a single pin with a bold graphic.
✨ For your newsletter freebie, create a pin that highlights the value and drives people to sign up.
Pinterest is magical. It’s not about the here-and-gone nature of social media. A pin you post today can still send readers to your site months, and even years from now. Repurposing just makes sure you’re getting the most value out of the work you’ve already done.

If you’re tired of feeling like you’re on a content hamster wheel, this might be the strategy that finally gives you some breathing room~
Tell me, have you tried repurposing your content yet? If so, what’s worked best for you?
xx Melissa
